The room was romantic and beautifully maintained with modern decor. The location next to the Yarra River, tram stop, bars, restaurants, major sightseeing places. Everything was good, making it my top choice in Melbourne for my next visit. 

This spot is top-notch, super clean, and offers amazing views of the botanic garden.

The location here is fantastic, situated in a lovely area, and the rooms are spacious and well-insulated, equipped with everything needed for a comfortable stay, including tea and coffee-making facilities and a fridge; the staff is attentive and efficient. 

The proximity to a large plaza was fantastic, and the staff were friendly and welcoming.

The breakfast is fantastic and enjoyable with barista coffee made to order. The hotel has a very central location easy to walk to Chinatown which never sleeps.- It's nestled in an absolutely fabulous building, a short walk to fantastic restaurants in Melbourne for concerts at Crown Casino 

The units are soundproof and offer a huge view of the Yarra. The hotel has a brilliant location and very accommodating staff, from the doorman to the Club Lounge.

The hotel's location is excellent, close to restaurants and the center of Melbourne. the rooms are well appointed and spacious, perfect for a special occasion. - the mattresses are firm and the breakfast is savory. - the interior design is contemporary and 

The breakfast at this place was delicious with a great variety that included muffins and toast, all enjoyed with a wonderful view.

The room was beautifully presented and fully equipped, the bathroom felt luxurious, the beds were comfortable, and we enjoyed the large breakfast and flexible check-in.

This venue is immaculately clean with superb service from unobtrusive yet friendly staff.

Great location - super close to Queen Victoria Market! My room was a nice size and really cozy, plus it had an amazing view of the city skyline 🌆.

Only 10 minutes on foot from Flinders Street railway station. Marvellous and awesome location, soundproof king room with toiletries. Extremely delicious and outstanding breakfast with a fabulous view-brilliant, very good staff.

We had a lovely stay at Grand Hyatt. The staff surprised us on our anniversary with a room upgrade and complimentary wine. The canapés in the lounge were delicious and the breakfast buffet had plenty of tasty options. we would definitely recommend this 

An excellent experience all round. Price was good, perfect location for CBD, friendly staff, clean well-appointed rooms. No issues at all.
